Our Process
01
Referral
We get Referrals from Schools, well-wishers and friends about Children in need of Sponsorships.
03
Sponsor
We collect donations in our ACT Bank account, and pay the fee directly to the School Management, and collect receipts. In most cases, we even encourage donors to directly pay the school as well. The idea is complete transparency and 100% utilization of the donated Money to reach the child.
05
Report
We report their Academic acheivements on Facebook, and post all receipts on Facebook. We mail receipts with 80G exemption Number so tax savings can be claimed by donors*. Our overall process is completely transparent.
02
Interview
We visit the School, and the School Management arranges a meeting with Children, their extended family along with providing us the academic reports.
We assess the case- and approve or reject these children on the basis of our research and home-visits.
04
Monitor
We monitor the child's progress through School visits and checking of progress reports. We counsel the children if they are falling behind, and ensure personal attention is paid to them by the School teachers.
* Currently we are in the process of renewing our 80G exemption. Hence all donations for 2023-2024 is NOT 80G Exempt.
